What is TF Platform?

TF Platform is a fully managed platform for quickly setting up security infrastructure, covering everything from identity and secrets management to authentication, authorization, integrations, audit logging, and omnichannel communication.

We want to help teams efficiently manage critical infrastructure through our platform, simplifying identities, security, and communication so they can focus on building and scaling their products.

Our mission is to create a user-friendly and collaborative product that empowers everyone to develop their platforms and applications.

You can start using the TF Platform in the following ways:

• Web GUI: Access an intuitive, user-friendly interface for easy visual management of your security infrastructure.

• Programmatic Access: Use our REST API or SDKs in over 50 programming languages. SDKs can be easily generated using your OpenAPI specifications.

How does TF Platform work?

The following diagram shows the basic workflow through both the TF Platform and TF Platform product deployments:

TF Platform Portal

The TF Platform Portal is the system that controls your product deployments. It allows you to perform operations such as user management, product deployment, billing, monitoring, and maintenance. You can also use the portal to interact with your deployed resources, such as Identity & Access and Secrets for Omnichannel.

TF Platform Resources

The TF Platform-enabled resources are deployments within your applications managed by the Simptel SRE Team. Each resource is deployed into a separately managed tenant and is identified using domains. You can create as many tenants as necessary to meet your goals and they are isolated and secured from other tenants.
